These Terms govern use of Jafatec Technologies services and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using our services.
2. Services
Jafatec Technologies provides software development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, mobile applications, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set in separate project agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful information.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
- Do not upload or transmit malicious code, prohibited, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and code snippets) belongs to Jafatec Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Fees and Payments
Project fees, payment schedules, and taxes are defined in each statement of work or contract. Late payments may lead to paused delivery, additional charges permitted by contract, or contract termination in line with applicable law.
6. Confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for the agreed project purpose, unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with Tanzania law, including the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 11 of 2022, Cap. 44) and related regulations. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Prohibited Use and Compliance
You agree not to use our services in violation of applicable Tanzanian laws, including cybercrime, communications, and electronic transaction laws. We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud, or legal non-compliance is identified.
9. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate service arrangements in accordance with the project agreement, including for material breach, insolvency, or repeated non-payment.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will first be handled through good-faith negotiation, then through competent courts or other lawful dispute resolution mechanisms in Tanzania, unless a written contract states otherwise.
